Exchanges and Refunds

Exchanges and refunds are permitted within 14 days, only with presentation of a valid receipt. Returned goods must be in an 'as new' condition, including any original packaging and tags.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale items. Please choose carefully.
  • All International sales are final. Please choose carefully.

If the product is required to be returned, contact us via phone or email to let us know that you would like an exchange or refund. Please detail what items you are sending back to us, and if asking for an exchange, which item/s you are wanting to exchange these for. If the cost of the new item/s is greater than that of the returned item/s, the customer will need to pay the difference. Please allow our standard postage time to receive your products.

Package up the product/s in a similar manner to how you received them. Include a copy of the receipt. The customer is responsible for any damage that occurs due to poor packaging. Send the package via courier or registered post. We also recommend taking out insurance, as the customer assumes all risk of returning the goods to Total Natural.

Upon receiving the returned goods in an 'as new' condition, including any original packaging, Total Natural will issue the exchange or refund as specified.
